Exceptional 14-year-old Chinonso Eche who set 5 Guinness world record has been awarded a full scholarship to the university for his amazing talent.
Chinonso Eche , a Nigerian teen has won the Guinness world record for most consecutive football touches in one minute while balancing a ball on the heads with 111 touches five different times. He set the record for the fifth time in 2023 after surpassing his previous records and was presented his certificate in Milan, Italy.
Chinonso’s amazing video went viral on the internet after he won his fifth record and was noticed by the Governor of Anambra, Nigeria who then invited him to his office.
Finally, I met the Anambra record-breaking wonder kid, young Chinonso Eche who is 14 years old and holds the Guinness Book of Records football Freestyle talent award for a record five (5) times,” he wrote on Twitter.
The Governor of Anambra, Chukwuma Charles Soludo said Chinonso’s performance thrilled him and his wife with his impressive football skills which therefore made him reward the young talent with a full scholarship to the University.

As a football lover, Chinonso thrilled my wife and me with breathtaking moves. His control of the round leather orb is undoubtedly next to perfect. ”As he continues to grow his talent, I have offered Chinonso a full scholarship to study from his current level of education up to the tertiary level,” the governor added.
Chinonso expressed his gratitude to the Anambra state governor via an Instagram post, thanking the governor for recognizing his talent and promised him not to misuse the opportunity given to him.
”Thank you his Excellency Prof @ccsoludo and her Excellency Chief Mrs @nonyesoludo for blessing me. I will never misuse this opportunity. I will continue to be an inspiration to every Anambra child,” Chinonso said.
Chinonso also appreciated his management, Chukwuebuka Football Academy who has been coaching since he was 8-years-old, discovered his amazing talents and groomed him for world records.
