Abimbola Ibironke Oshin was born on July 24, 1971, as the seventh of eight children to late Pa Olasanmi Theophilus Oshin and Madam Oshin in Ondo town, Ondo State. She is a Yoruba actress, director, producer, and filmmaker.

Bimbo Oshin was raised in Ondo state, where she received her primary education. She attended the Ile-Ife staff school. She eventually moved to Lagos at the age of six, where she attended Girls Academy. She then attended the University of Lagos and earned a degree in Philosophy. Bimbo’s talent for acting began when she was a child. She claimed that she and her brother used a tape recorder to record their phony videos.
